— WHERE ARE YOU GUYS BASED?
We are currently covering weddings all over Pakistan and UAE, while our head office is in Lahore.
— DO YOU GUYS TRAVEL TO OTHER COUNTRIES?
Absolutely, we would be happy to cover any International projects coming our way.
— HOW BIG IS YOUR TEAM?
We have an in-house team of 10-12 individuals that includes photographers, videographers, photo and video editors and general managers. Alongside, we hire people on freelance and shift basis depending on the magnitude of the client’s project.
— WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU GUYS USE?
We mostly use Sony and Nikon cameras and lenses of different focal lengths depending on the moodboard and location of the shoot, usually ranging from 28mm to 85mm. NB: We DO NOT use external lights.
— HOW LONG BEFORE OUR EVENT SHOULD WE BOOK YOU?
As soon as your event dates are decided. Usually booking 3-4 months prior is a good practice.
— DOES RABYAH COVER ALL THE SHOOTS AND THE EVENTS HERSELF?
No. Rabyah only covers signature shoots as per the given packages. The rest is all covered by our highly professional and skilled team.
— HOW LONG DO YOU GUYS TAKE TO SEND THE FINAL DELIVERABLES AFTER THE EVENT?
Given that all goes smoothly after the event (meaning the client clears the remaining payment timely, sends us selections on time and communication flow is smooth between both the parties), it usually takes 10-15 weeks to send all the final deliverables.
— WHO IS DEALING WITH US THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS?
From answering your queries and confirming your booking to delivering the final products, it’s our manager who deals with you guys throughout the whole process.
